Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions
What areas do you service?
We service the Grosse Pointes (Shores, Woods, Farms, Park, and City) and St. Clair Shores. We also service neighboring areas. Please contact us for availability.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle, and PayPal
Do you have receipts for business travel?
Yes, we do offer professional receipts for business travel.
Can I be picked up from a different location?
Yes, within reason we can pick you up from a different location. Depending on the area, there may be a slight upcharge.
Do you provide infant seats and booster seats?
Yes, we have all types of car seats including forward and rear-facing infant seats, convertible infant/car seat/booster seats, backless and booster seats with a back.
How many people will fit in a vehicle?
All of our fleet vehicles accommodate 4 adults with luggage. We offer larger vehicles that can accommodate up to 7 people and luggage. There is an upcharge of $20 for the larger vehicle. If you have more than 7 in your party, we use two vehicles. You will be charged per vehicle.
Do you charge extra for late-night or early-morning pick ups?
No! We operate 24 hours per day, 7 days a week including holidays. Our rates are consistent throughout the day or night.
Do you do more than just airport rides?
Yes. We offer transportation for special events, dinner dates, concerts, sporting events, etc. The price is based on the time and mileage. Please call us for a quote.
Do you have wheelchair accomodations?
We do not. Unfortunately, our vehicles are not equipped with any type of lift or ramp.
When should I book my ride?
You can book your ride when setting up your travel arrangements. However, we try to accommodate last-minute bookings. We book rides on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Do you pick up outside of baggage claim from DTW or do I need to go to the taxi pick up area?
We offer curbside pick-up outside baggage claim. You can also request a pick-up from departures if you have no luggage to claim.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an email or text the day before your scheduled ride.
How do I identify my driver when being picked up from the airport?
Your driver will text you when they arrive to let you know what door they are parked outside. They will also describe the car they are driving.
What should I do if my flight is canceled?
Please contact us so we can cancel your pickup. You can cancel your ride up to 30 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?
If being picked up from your home and your flight is delayed, you can call us to update your desired pickup time. If we are picking you up from DTW, there is no need to contact us. We track your flight and adjust the pickup time accordingly.
What should I do if my flight has been rescheduled?
Please contact us with your new times and flight numbers.
